At Tiffin University, I completed a B.S. in Cybersecurity and was a member of the Tiffin University Hacking Team. My coursework included cyber defense, penetration testing, incident management, and network infrastructure.
For my Wazuh Security Monitoring Lab, I deployed Wazuh in VirtualBox and connected a Windows endpoint to collect security logs. I generated controlled failed sign-ins, located the resulting Windows Event ID 4625 alerts, and documented the findings.
At Lighthouse Services, LLC, I supported older adults with computers, phones, tablets, printers, and Wi-Fi. I also removed viruses and unwanted software, installed updates, and troubleshooted device and network issues.
At Metronet, I install, activate, and troubleshoot fiber-optic internet service at customer locations. I diagnose equipment and connectivity issues, configure customer devices, and document completed work.
