At Susztak Lab, I developed and applied generative AI models to interpret single-cell RNA and ATAC sequencing data, contributing to Nephrobase Cell+, a multimodal foundation model for kidney biology.
I also analyzed the accuracy and efficiency of machine learning models for structural biology predictions, including fine-tuned transformer architectures. This work informed my presentation, “Fine-Tuned Transformers Illuminate Kidney Single-Cell Heterogeneity,” accepted at American Society of Nephrology Kidney Week in 2025.
Earlier, at Habib Lab, I investigated how analgesics affect cyclooxygenase-1 inhibition and developed foundational skills in experimental design, protocol execution, and laboratory documentation.
At the University of Pennsylvania, I’m studying Chemistry with honors and Mathematical Biology through the Vagelos Scholars Program in Molecular LifeSciences. Outside research, I plan chemistry speaker events as Vice President of Penn Undergraduate Chemistry Society and edit translations of poetry and short stories for DoubleSpeak Magazine.
