What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to multi-omics and disease-focused research, applying genomic, RNA, and methylation analysis alongside machine learning to better understand biological disorders.

I'm a Postbaccalaureate Research Fellow at the National Institutes of Health (NIDDK), where I process RNA-seq data from disease-mimicking chondrocyte pellet models, investigate hereditary disease variants, and analyze methylation data from a rare cancer study.

I've also built biosensor datasets for chemical detection models at the University of Maryland, College Park, fine-tuned a Qwen vision-language model, and trained neural networks on sequenced lung cancer data at UMBC.
