What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue my transition into Data Engineering—building reliable SQL/dbt pipelines, dimensional models, and AWS-monitored analytics that connect operations to business dashboards, with a team that values availability and continuous improvement.

I’m a Telecommunications Engineer with a Master’s degree in Big Data Analysis and Visualization, and 7+ years managing high-availability IT infrastructure. I’m actively transitioning into Data Engineering, bringing a strong end-to-end understanding—from the network layer to the business dashboard.

In my current Support Engineer II role (Data & Analytics Focus), I designed and maintained Power BI dashboards for real-time online payment gateway monitoring, reducing mean time to incident detection. I manage the incident lifecycle, produce executive reports connecting operations with senior management, and monitor AWS services (EC2, CloudWatch) for uptime tracking, alerting, and performance metrics. I also administer high-volume transaction platforms to ensure SLA compliance across payment and top-up services.

Previously, I administered full IT environments including LAN/WAN, Windows Server 2012–2016, corporate email, and CCTV systems, strengthening infrastructure controls and maintenance practices. Earlier, I led infrastructure installation teams for industrial fiber optic, CCTV, and access control projects and supported CISCO Switching & Routing environments, which shaped my practical, reliability-first mindset.
