I established a performance coaching framework that helped bring a region’s project completion rate from 35% to 70%+ and installer capacity utilization from 35% to 100% within three weeks.
As Operations Team Lead, I led the operational launch of Ergeon’s Home Depot retail partnership by designing its workflow, service-level agreements, and escalation processes. I also created weekly coordination meetings between Sales and Project Managers handling those leads.
Earlier at Ergeon, I managed fence installation projects from post-sale coordination through customer sign-off, and supported team leadership as a Project Manager Associate Team Lead. I’m certified in Google Project Management and work fluently in English and Spanish.
