I'm currently supporting Johnson & Johnson in Ciudad Juárez by managing daily QlikSense and Excel reports for nonconformance activity, project progress, and QMS metrics across multiple sites.
I run and transfer nonconformance reports through EtQ Reliance, review closed records for audit readiness, and help implement an online metrics tool with a multinational team. I've also trained colleagues on EtQ Reliance and keep concurrent projects moving with clear status updates.
At BRP, I processed purchase orders and SAP transactions, supported budgeting and invoice tracking, and prepared accurate reports and presentations for senior management.
My earlier work as a medical interpreter strengthened my English-Spanish communication, empathy, discretion, and ability to coordinate patient appointments, referrals, billing, and insurance verification.
