Carolina Vazquez

I’m a Bachelor of International Business with hands-on experience in Quality Management Systems and Project Management. I’m passionate, creative, responsible, and driven, and I genuinely enjoy constantly learning new things.

In my roles, I run, analyze, and evaluate reports and candidate profiles to determine hiring suitability, and I train new personnel with clear, practical materials. I’m also focused on using internal team KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and create action plans aligned with results.

As a Quality Management System Analyst and a Quality Intern, I worked on process mapping, corporate procedure creation, and compliance monitoring. I supported audit and questionnaire follow-ups, tracked approvals, and helped standardize procedures across branch offices.

I bring strong organization, attention to detail, and adaptability to every task. I’m especially motivated by risk assessment and management—backed by my Risk Assessment and Management course and ISO 31000 internship—while contributing to consistent, compliant operations.
