Product & Project Manager. I help teams turn fragmented requests into clear plans and bring projects to launch: I gather requirements, set priorities, coordinate the team, and keep timelines and outcomes on track.

At Unifun, I managed up to 10 projects for mobile operators simultaneously and contributed to the launch of 8 VAS/USSD services. I defined requirements and assigned tasks to the development team, checked configurations and logs, conducted user acceptance testing with operators, and retested after fixes. After launch, I monitored service metrics and stability, responded to alerts, and coordinated issue resolution.

At a PR agency, I worked as a Product Manager, managing up to 4 client projects in parallel and coordinating teams of 2–5 contractors. Clients who completed the first phase continued working with the agency. I managed the entire client workflow, from briefing and planning to reporting. I developed project documentation and templates, including commercial proposals, project plans, reports, and trackers for tasks and KPIs. I also contributed to the knowledge base, operating standards, and strategy for the PR practice.

I used ChatGPT and Claude to automate routine tasks, prepare summaries, and work with documents. I configured an AI assistant to structure and tailor commercial proposals, reviewing and refining its output. I contributed to the development, configuration, and testing of a lead-generation bot that automated outreach on TenChat, VK, and Telegram. I monitored its operation and collected performance data.

Skills: project and client relationship management, requirements gathering, prioritization, planning, coordination of development teams and contractors, UAT, timeline and KPI tracking, process improvement, user and market research, MVP planning, and roadmap development.

I completed the Product Manager course at Yandex Practicum and delivered 14 individual course projects. For my Omnis capstone project, I developed a product strategy for a prescription medication delivery service: I conducted user and market research, defined the MVP and roadmap, and created the business model.
