What I'm looking for

I’m looking to advance health system resilience by turning spatial, biostatistical insights into real-time, proactive public health indicators—especially where transport, surveillance, and policy decisions intersect in African cities.

I’m a Biostatistician and Data Scientist focused on engineering Data Authority for African health systems—moving them beyond retrospective reporting toward real-time, proactive insight. I specialize in spatial epidemiology and in transforming unstructured data exhaust into policy-grade indicators.

My work centers on the Expressway Paradox—the gap between high-tech infrastructure and real-time emergency response—and reducing the Time-to-Care interval in African cities. I build biostatistical models for large-scale longitudinal datasets, apply survival analysis, and use geospatial methods like LISA/Moran’s I to identify health risk hotspots. I’m especially driven by Bayesian spatial modelling and real-time health surveillance architecture.

As Founder in Residence at Kenya Climate Innovation Center (KCIC), I’m selected through the Women in E-Mobility Incubation Programme to connect public health data with transport infrastructure—tracking when health events occur in regional corridors and when systems learn in time. Alongside my research, I’ve led data and reporting work (including 100% accuracy in reporting for donor compliance) and managed operations and implementation through self-led ventures.
