I’m an Analytical and detail-oriented Applied Statistics professional focused on data-driven decision-making, risk management, and improving customer experiences through statistical insights. I collect, clean, and analyze complex operational and clinical data to support accurate, timely choices in fast-moving, real-world environments.

In healthcare and hospital-style workflows, I prioritize identifying trends and evaluating risks so teams can act with less uncertainty. I’m also skilled at turning raw data into actionable insights that improve outcomes, reduce uncertainty, and strengthen client satisfaction across organizational settings—while supporting compliance and minimizing errors in procedures.

My experience includes examining operational data to enable efficiency and planning, tracking daily activity streams, and drafting precise reports during my attachment at Kenya Ports Authority. I also support leadership with decision-making presentations and maintain systematized corporate/digital documentation in my role as a Media & Data Assistant at KAG Church Maseno, mirroring the discipline of hospital record systems.

As a volunteer at Blessed Citron, I’ve supported grant data analysis, blog writing, documentation, computer filing, and research-driven written materials, while facilitating inter-departmental communication and reporting. I bring a practical, collaborative mindset—combining analytics, communication, and problem-solving—to help organizations deliver stronger service and operational efficiency.
