I'm looking to lead and grow donor-funded, multi-country health programs where I can strengthen health systems, build strategic partnerships, support teams, and translate evidence into scalable, equitable services.

At MiracleFeet, I lead multi-country clubfoot programs across West and Central Africa, expanding Nigeria's network from 8 to more than 90 clinics and helping reduce treatment dropout rates to 12.4%. I manage a nearly $1 million Nigeria portfolio, partner grants, compliance, and engagement with Ministries of Health and clinical stakeholders.

Previously, at FHI360 and IHVN, I managed Global Fund HIV portfolios exceeding $36 million, led grant renewals, improved HIV testing and treatment uptake, and strengthened data quality, retention, and reporting systems. Across 15+ years in global health, I've translated evidence into scalable programs, developed partnerships, and supported teams delivering accountable, high-quality health services.
