I am a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant with hands-on experience supporting childcare and medical office environments. I reliably manage administrative tasks, guest interactions, and care-related duties while maintaining attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

At The Imagination Learning Center I assisted with the daily care and activity planning for about 40 children and supported check-in/check-out procedures, while maintaining Florida certification for child care. In my current role at AMA Health I manage front-desk responsibilities, handle high call volumes, and perform administrative functions such as scanning, filing, and faxing.

I bring strong communication, dependability, and problem-solving skills, plus training in medical terminology and infection control. I am motivated to contribute to patient- and family-centered teams where reliable administrative support and compassionate care matter.
