At sennder, I drove alignment across internal teams and external vendors to improve process efficiency and support smooth payment operations. Through process optimisation and workflow redesign, I delivered a 43.7% year-over-year increase in BPO productivity while keeping operational costs within budget.
I managed end-to-end projects covering post-merger integrations, reporting automation, and operational scaling. I also built stakeholder-facing KPI dashboards and reporting loops to guide decisions on efficiency and service quality.
At sennder, I co-developed internal tooling with Tech and Product that was adopted by 800+ users, bringing operations insights into roadmap decisions and feature prioritisation.
Earlier, I co-led a corporate venture initiative at Gesundheitscloud / Hasso Plattner Institute, developing a validated digital health MVP and investor pitch deck.
