What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an ICT/IT leadership role where I can keep POS, networks, security, and web systems reliable, support users fast, protect data with solid backups, and improve customer experience through smart technology and measurable growth.

I’m an ICT Manager with over 5 years’ experience delivering reliable, secure technology across restaurants, election operations, and IT service environments. I’m known for fast installation and troubleshooting, strong communication, and keeping systems running when pressure is high.

At Royal House Restaurant, I ensured the cash register/POS system, card payments, M-Pesa, and online payments worked consistently. I kept internet and Wi‑Fi stable, supported staff on day-to-day system use, updated menu data in the computer system, and protected business and customer information with backups that prevent lost sales data.

Previously at IEBC, I supported election technology by retrofitting and maintaining BVR kits, performing voter register data clean-up, and preparing/configuring verification/inspection kits for testing. I handled re-imaging, data backup and restoration, and coordinated with County ICT officers to ensure KIEMS kits were accounted for.

Earlier roles strengthened my breadth: I managed web development, networking, social media marketing, firewall/anti‑virus control, and secure server maintenance at Tena Restaurant. As an SEO expert, I supervised content and optimized company websites to rank on Google’s 1st and 2nd pages, building internal links and backlinks and supporting email marketing and web/video creation.
