I’ve led complex programmes and consulting initiatives across aerospace, space systems, shipbuilding, and asset-intensive industries for more than 30 years.
At Sandock Austral Shipyards, I structured certification workflows, corrective-action systems, performance monitoring, and SharePoint-based configuration management for a Hydrographic Survey Vessel programme. Previously at SANSA, I structured a satellite programme, developed lifecycle cost and funding models, and created a national space-capability roadmap.
I’ve also led asset-management and reliability improvement work at Hatch and Denel Aviation, including spares optimization, MSG-3 maintenance frameworks, FRACAS systems, RAMS studies, and lifecycle cost analysis.
