At Sporty Group, I built a Python, Playwright and pytest automation framework from scratch, with more than 450 automated flows across UI, API and end-to-end testing.

I test Help Desk, Knowledge Base, AI Assistant, Chatbot, Email and Voice products. I also investigate flaky tests and organize smoke, API and regression suites to give developers faster feedback.

At ServiceTitan, I built a Cypress and TypeScript end-to-end UI automation framework and developed around 400 automated tests. As QA Manager, I managed eight QA engineers across three projects and helped six engineers move toward automation roles.

Earlier, I developed C# integration tests and Selenium UI automation at ServiceTitan, and C-based payment applications at Energize Global Services. I also built Python integration tests for payment scenarios and ASP.NET and C# tools at HSBC that automated banking processes.
