At Questrade, I design and maintain automated component, contract, and end-to-end test suites using Jest, Postman, Swagger, and Cypress. I test REST and gRPC services, validate databases, and support containerized CI testing with Docker and Google Cloud Platform.

Previously, I improved test planning and automation at ServiceTitan, mentored junior and mid-level QA teammates, and tested mobile apps on iOS and Android. Across Synergy International Systems and Testlio, I worked throughout the SDLC, covering API, GUI, performance, security, regression, functional, and black-box testing.
