What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Customer Success-focused role where I can use my support and retention experience to improve the customer lifecycle—owning engagement, segmentation, and follow-through in a SaaS environment, ideally with remote flexibility.

I’m a Customer Support professional with experience in B2B and B2C environments, focused on problem-solving, customer experience, and retention. I handle high-volume customer interactions across in-person and digital channels, resolving post-sales issues while communicating clearly to set expectations and drive satisfaction.

In my current role, I support customers after purchase, manage warranty cases, and maintain SLA standards by organizing deadlines and coordinating resolution. I’m also actively building Customer Success knowledge—deepening my understanding of SaaS fundamentals and marketing automation through HubSpot Academy, with a focus on customer lifecycle, segmentation, and engagement strategies.
