At Accenture, I lead enterprise Salesforce transformation programs spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, integrations, automation, and AI capabilities.
I design lead-to-cash and quote-to-order architectures, including Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions for configurable products, pricing, approvals, contracts, orders, renewals, and amendments.
I build governed Agentforce and Einstein experiences using trusted customer context, Data Cloud, Flow actions, Apex services, and controlled business logic.
