At the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), I coordinated accreditation compliance assessments and reviewed findings for Accreditation Committee documents. I also contributed to clearer Standard Operating Procedures and workflow charts.
At the Ministry of Economy, I reviewed reports and financial statements from 20 Public Universities and prepared comments for Cabinet Memoranda. I also proofread national policy documents and analysed university development project data.
In independent projects, I used SQL to audit a synthetic AI annotation dataset, documenting 17 issues and tracking their status in a Power BI dashboard. I’ve also analysed sales data with SQL and Power BI and evaluated AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and other quality criteria.
