I’m looking to lead performance marketing innovation—programmatic, paid social, and MarTech architecture—building scalable systems, testing new platforms fast, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth.

I’m a senior performance marketing leader with 10+ years scaling paid media operations across global markets, operationalising innovation into measurable growth. I’ve been a former Google DV360 Technical Lead and I lead teams to build high-performing, cross-functional media systems using the full programmatic stack (DV360, CM360, SA360) and modern paid social.

I’ve driven paid media innovation across 100+ markets, being first to pilot and scale TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat HCP campaigns within global pharma SOPs, and I’ve managed 4,000+ campaigns across the end-to-end media stack. More recently, I built a full paid media operation from zero across 9 European markets—standing up channel testing, attribution, and reporting infrastructure—using N8N automation and Looker Studio dashboards to scale without proportional headcount, while reducing time-to-scale for new channels by 50%.
