I’m a customer-focused Student Nurse and Midwifery Trainee with hands-on experience communicating with patients, resolving concerns, maintaining records, and providing compassionate support. In my experience, I’ve communicated effectively with patients and families, supported and informed patients, and collaborated with healthcare professionals to ensure quality service. I handle concerns professionally and calmly, using accurate record-keeping and documentation while staying effective under pressure.

I’m currently enrolled at Ogun state college of Nursing Sciences, with an expected graduation in September 2026. I’m driven to combine empathy and active listening with reliable customer support practices to consistently create positive, dependable outcomes for every person I serve.
