I serve as a primary point of contact for patient education, using active listening to translate complex situations into clear, comforting communication.

I’m highly adaptable and I take pride in organizational discipline—managing strict documentation and timely interventions while supporting multidisciplinary care planning. I also contribute to community health outreaches and public-facing programs, strengthening interpersonal relations and public care awareness.
