What I'm looking for

I'm looking to deliver digital transformation and software projects where I can combine functional analysis, KPI-driven execution, and process optimization across cross-functional teams.

At Spindox, I manage end-to-end delivery of mobile and web applications in multi-supplier environments, coordinating development, testing, production releases, budgets, and resources.

I support automotive financial-process digitalization through PMO work and functional analysis. I use KPI monitoring, workflow redesign, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow to improve execution and application-maintenance workflows.

My earlier work at Ferrero included the Blue Yonder TMS implementation ramp-up, KPI reporting, logistics-network analysis, and warehouse-layout optimization.

I bring an engineering background in industrial production and technological innovation, combining analytical thinking with Agile and Waterfall project delivery across manufacturing, finance, and automotive contexts.
