I’m looking for a role where I can lead marketing and sales-funnel strategy, run webinars, support clients end-to-end, and use reporting tools to drive enrollment and operational efficiency—ideally with a team that values clear communication and compliance.

I’m a Marketing Strategist and Sales Funnel Expert, ClickFunnels Funnel Builder certified, with a background in marketing and psychology that strengthens client relationships and smooths the path from application to kick-off. I’m known for prompt client intakes, clear communication, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.

I’ve hosted multiple weekly webinars to educate prospective clients on programs and admissions processes while serving as a continuous liaison through first client kick-off meetings. I regularly use Salesforce and Anthology to maintain client records, generate reports to analyze trends, and identify opportunities for surpassing enrollment goals, delivering white-glove support across calls, emails, and texts; I also train and mentor junior advisors and coordinate admin workflows to enhance the client experience. In my current role, I provide regulated customer account support, accurately document information in the client system, and communicate clearly about account status and additional product/service offerings.
