I’m a detail-oriented administrative and customer service professional with experience supporting clients in fast-paced environments. I combine strong communication abilities with an “eye for details” to keep processes accurate and clients well-assisted.

During my National Service at the National Health Insurance Authority, I worked as a Public Relations Officer / Client Attendant, handling client requests for NHIS card printing, renewals, and replacements. I attended to clients directly, processed needs efficiently, and supported day-to-day service delivery with professionalism.

I also completed attachment experience as a Mail Processing Officer at Post Office Sunyani, where I collected, organized, packaged, and delivered mail. This strengthened my reliability, organization, and ability to handle structured workflows from start to finish.

Later, I worked as a Sales Executive for Pinnacle Life Insurance, selling insurance products to individuals and businesses. I’m now eager to contribute my administrative expertise, customer service experience, and client-focused approach to a dynamic workplace that values accuracy, responsiveness, and teamwork.
