I manage the full lifecycle of digital agreements in DocuSign—reviewing completeness to reduce signature rejection rates—while coordinating cross-functional communication between clients and internal teams using Slack and Google Meet. I maintain data integrity in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning) and support high-pressure timelines by coordinating partner-meeting agendas and juggling multiple priorities with reliable self-management and asynchronous communication.
