I’m a result-driven Mathematics graduate with hands-on experience in operations support, data management, and customer-focused work. I’m known for managing workflow, analyzing information, and communicating clearly to support accurate, efficient outcomes.

In my NYSC role as a Teacher (Data & Operations Support), I managed student performance data using Excel-based tracking and reporting systems. I supported administrative operations, maintained accurate documentation of progress and evaluation metrics, and coordinated classroom workflow and schedules to ensure smooth daily execution.

As a Volunteer Crisis Counselor (Operations & Case Handling Support), I handled sensitive case interactions with structured response and escalation handling. I applied calm, analytical communication under pressure while following protocols for documentation and case tracking.

Previously, as an Operations & Sales Support Assistant, I managed customer requests in a high-volume environment and kept audit-ready financial records. I also strengthened office operations through scheduling, documentation, and process tracking, and I lead with integrity, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
