What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer- and content-driven role where I can use sales support, product storytelling, and digital communication to improve customer satisfaction and growth. I want a fast-paced team that values creative strategy and strong client relationships.

I’m a creative sales and client support professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising Design, focused on crafting compelling narratives that drive growth. I blend creative strategy with customer-centered service to strengthen brand performance and retention.

In my current role as a Digital Customer Specialist, I support 100+ customer interactions using digital communication channels like phone, chat, and email. I resolve concerns accurately and efficiently, make product recommendations, and foster loyalty through relationship-focused service.

Previously, I built and edited high-performing social content as a Content Strategist, producing photography and videography for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok while using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut. I also supported leasing operations and marketing coordination, managing administrative workflows, resident/prospect outreach, and property advertising materials, which sharpened my ability to execute with precision in fast-paced environments.
