In my current Client Coordinator role, I manage and update firm website content, serve as a primary point of contact for clients, and coordinate requests and deliverables with attorneys and internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time execution. Previously as an Account Coordinator at Fusion Marketing Agency, I led full-cycle incentive program execution for 18,000+ and 7,000+ participant audiences while delivering high-touch support.

I also strengthen digital performance by implementing SEO best practices and advising on web/mobile updates using JIRA. From producing MailChimp newsletters and leading client-facing events to contributing to onboarding and internal culture initiatives, I aim to create seamless experiences that reinforce brand presence and drive engagement.
