Eber Olguin

I’m an Operations Supervisor with 3+ years leading warehouse and e-commerce logistics, backed by 5 years of hospitality management. I’m bilingual in Spanish and English (B2) and I coordinate remote operations across multiple locations with a customer-first mindset.

In my current role, I lead daily operations of 30–60+ online orders and manage inventory control, order picking, packing, and dispatch across a proprietary e-commerce site and Mercado Libre. I’ve also spearheaded an automation project that replaced a fully manual order-routing, picking, and labeling workflow using an integrated system and thermal label printing.

This automation eliminated a full-time headcount previously dedicated to the task, and it strengthened team efficiency and consistency. I’m a power user of warehouse management software, working with ClinkBox (current) and DragonFish (previous), and I actively contribute operational requirements to in-house ERP development.

Before logistics, I progressed from waiter and bartender to venue manager, leading staff scheduling, supplier relationships, customer service, and daily operations. The same problem-solving, multitasking discipline I built in hospitality now drives how I support teams in fast-paced warehouse environments.
