At Mercado Libre, I supervise Inbound – Put Away operations at the ARBA01 distribution center, monitoring safety, quality, productivity, and workflow standards. I track KPIs and dashboards to guide daily decisions on capacity, priorities, workload balancing, and backlog control.
I supervise five team leaders and 140 representatives on the payroll, tracking performance, coaching, and managing operational deviations. I also helped stabilize the night-shift team by onboarding a new leadership team and coordinating three scheduling schemes.
Previously, at Tecnofrío Argentina and Corredores Viales S.A., I coordinated operational teams and improved processes, including toll collection efficiency. Earlier, at Corredores Viales S.A. and FedEx, I handled customer service and administrative operations, and at FedEx I trained incoming staff and prepared quality reports.
