At Vertex Education, I lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning campus development, organizational integration, technology, finance, and operational readiness. I translate strategic priorities into actionable plans while aligning scope, milestones, dependencies, outcomes, and stakeholders.

I build scalable project governance and operating systems, including playbooks, workflows, templates, lifecycle standards, and executive-ready reporting. My work improving New School Year Readiness contributed to a 9-day improvement in the annual rollover timeline.

I've also led procurement operations, marketing project coordination, purchasing, supplier coordination, recruiting coordination, and HR programs at Vertex Education. Across these roles, I’ve strengthened workflows, stakeholder alignment, policy compliance, risk management, and delivery consistency.

As a Ball Charter Schools Board Member, I support governance, strategic oversight, and the organization’s long-term success.
