I’m looking to join BitMEX and own written issue triage for crypto trading, using REST/API troubleshooting and order-lifecycle knowledge to resolve tickets quickly, document FAQs, and collaborate calmly with engineering and ops across time zones.

I’m a Russian-speaking IT professional with 8+ years of experience across technical support, systems analysis, API integrations, product operations, and infrastructure support. I focus on translating ambiguous user and business issues into clear technical requirements, reproducible scenarios, and engineering-ready tasks—especially in high-load fintech/betting environments where accuracy and fast clarification matter.
