Dylan Overheim
@dylanoverheim
I'm pursuing product management roles where I can improve products, training, and operational systems.
What I'm looking for
I've built production training, OSHA safety programs, forklift certification processes, SOPs, and assessment materials at American Tape & Label.
As Director of Training, I work with managers and team leaders to improve employee development, gather feedback, create departmental instructional content, and budget for outside training such as first aid and leadership retreats.
My production background spans digital press operation, laser and die-cut finishing, rewinding, boxing, troubleshooting, maintenance, shipping, and workflow coordination. I've also led operators and proposed process improvements as a Production Lead.
I'm moving toward product management by combining creative problem-solving, graphic design, production knowledge, stakeholder collaboration, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
