What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Customer Support Specialist role where I can investigate problems, explain complex information simply, and take ownership through resolution. I’m open to scheduled North American shift hours and interested in working in B2B SaaS.

At Assam Police, I entered and updated FIR and case data in the CCTNS portal, checking records for errors and completeness. I investigated and corrected discrepancies and generated reports for official use.

At Gratia Technology, I followed up with field officials and stakeholders to collect updates and close pending items. I also prepared documentation and progress reports, maintained digital records, and supported monitoring and evaluation activities.

I’m seeking a Customer Support Specialist role where I can investigate issues, explain complex information simply, and follow through until issues are resolved. I bring a customer service mindset, an SQL and cloud computing background, and openness to scheduled North American shift hours.
