I’m an IT Operations Engineer with around 9+ years of experience delivering end-to-end technical support, system administration, and network operations across multi-site environments in Bahrain, India, and the UAE. I improve service reliability through standardized troubleshooting, faster ticket handling, and security-focused hybrid support.
