What I'm looking for

I’m seeking remote Help Desk, IT Support, Service Desk, or Technical Support opportunities.

At the General Secretariat of the Council of Representatives – Parliament of Bahrain, I provided day-to-day Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support to more than 300 users, including parliamentary leadership, Council members, ministry representatives, and senior officials.

I diagnosed and resolved Windows, Microsoft Office, account, hardware, software, and peripheral issues, supported Active Directory user administration, and escalated incidents when needed. I’ve completed the Google IT Support Professional Certificate and am seeking remote Help Desk, IT Support, Service Desk, or Technical Support opportunities.
