I'm looking for opportunities where I can coordinate projects, build stakeholder and participant relationships, improve operational workflows, and use data reporting to support measurable business outcomes.

I'm supporting AI data collection projects at Centific by leading participant recruitment, targeted outreach, screening, onboarding, scheduling, and project tracking across concurrent initiatives.

I build participant pipelines through email campaigns, direct communication, and structured follow-up. I also maintain accurate records, monitor recruitment metrics, and improve outreach workflows while following confidentiality, consent, data privacy, and quality requirements.

Previously at ADP, I managed high-volume client communication, stakeholder engagement, operational requests, data validation, KPI tracking, and process documentation. At INRISOFT, I created Power BI dashboards and Excel reports to support data-driven decisions and operational improvement.
