I evaluated candidate qualifications and provided hiring recommendations, while coordinating recruiting activities across hiring managers, HR, and candidates. I also maintained candidate data in the applicant tracking system and identified opportunities to improve recruiting workflows.

At Dynamics Associates, I conducted market research on hiring trends, industry developments, and economic conditions to refine recruitment strategies. I managed candidate pipelines in Bullhorn ATS and prepared profiles that brought together qualifications, interview findings, and relevant data.

At Forrest Solutions (now Opensity Solutions), I created onboarding guides, process documentation, and training materials, and identified opportunities to standardize recruiting workflows. I also led recruitment efforts for two multimillion-dollar client accounts, supervising a team of four recruiters. My graduate-level computer science education, including a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence, complements this experience with a technical perspective.
