What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my finance, M&A, customer operations, and AI data-curation experience to practical AI systems, particularly work that improves operational accuracy, identifies risks, and creates strategic value.

I've supported AI model quality through data annotation, evaluation, taxonomy classification, and complex audio transcription for Outlier.ai and DataAnnotation.tech, maintaining a 4.25/5.0 quality rating. I also developed the logical architecture for an AI-first retail system focused on identifying operational anomalies, inventory leakage, and system loopholes in Vietnam.

At BIDV, I executed cross-border M&A work from client origination and mandate negotiation through valuation, due diligence, transaction materials, and investor coordination. I closed three major cross-border transactions and received the 2018 Award of Outstanding Achievements for transaction execution.

My earlier work at VietinBank, FPT IS, and EY built my foundation in customer operations, accounting, audit, internal controls, and financial-statement analysis. I also authored a Vietnamese-language book of essays on psychology, investment decision-making, and mindful living.
