At Nestlé, I improved shopfloor material flow by redesigning forklift traffic and setting temporary storage standards. I also coordinated daily Gemba activities with Production, QA, and Engineering.
I established a standardized shift handover process in the Filling area and led a 5S workplace transformation across the Wet Area.
I built SHO Filling area and Daily Gemba tracking dashboards from scratch, and digitalized inspection checklists to improve data traceability. I now work as a Production Assistant at Trelleborg Group.
