I’m looking for a role where I can learn quickly, gain hands-on experience, and apply my communication and time management skills. I want to contribute meaningful value and grow with the company over the long run.

I’m a motivated professional who consistently seeks to “learn and gain experience while working” and to grow alongside the company long term. I bring clear communication, time management, and presentation skills to roles that require trust, responsiveness, and follow-through.

In customer-facing work, I’ve handled telesales and office customer support by providing relevant trip and itinerary information, nurturing relationships, and resolving issues as they arise. I’m comfortable managing daily interactions while keeping communication effective and customer needs accurate.

From administrative responsibilities to production support, I’ve managed records and paperwork workflows (including digitizing and digitally signing documents), and I’ve supported production by organizing work and personnel, planning and scheduling, handling unusual situations, addressing defective products, and proposing solutions to reduce defects—while maintaining discipline and a productive environment.
