What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine technical support with Python/HTML development to improve user experience, work with cloud-based systems, and grow through hands-on ownership of issues and application improvements.

I’m a results-driven computer science graduate with a Master’s in Computer Technical Support Applications and I’m currently pursuing an MBA in HR. I bring a practical mix of troubleshooting, customer communication, and hands-on web development using Python, HTML, CSS, and C.

In my Technical Support role at Oracle Digitide Solutions Limited, I managed IT support requests for Tata Motors’ Passenger, Commercial, and EV businesses across India. I resolved Oracle-based application issues raised through the Siebel app, handled warranty and job-card related workflows, and consistently delivered strong outcomes—resolving 40+ tickets daily while maintaining an above 80% resolution rate.

I also build and deploy real solutions: I developed online shopping and stock/order management systems, including dynamic delivery windows, virtual cart functionality, and intelligent service-window allocation. With completed AWS training and a foundation in cloud computing and networking, I’m motivated to keep improving system efficiency and user experience while growing into roles that blend support with application development.
