At PACS, I administer and support Workday HCM across Core HCM, Benefits, and Learning. I also serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Benefits and the Learning Management System.
I develop and maintain Workday reports using calculated fields, and analyze HR data to share reporting insights with HR leadership and stakeholders. By streamlining report development and reducing manual processes, I increased the efficiency of HR reporting.
I manage Workday security and support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management. I hold Workday Pro certifications in HCM, Benefits, and Learning, and bring earlier experience as a Pharmacy Technician at AcuPharm.
