At Baystate Health, I configure, test, and maintain Workday functionality across Core HCM, Staffing, Compensation, Performance, Recruiting, and Expenses. I support two company configurations within a single tenant.
I partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements and design compliant business processes. I also manage Workday security and audit configuration, worker data, and access.
Before Baystate Health, I contributed as one of four team members to Pet Supermarket’s full-cycle Workday HCM implementation, then became the company’s sole Workday Subject Matter Expert. I maintained the tenant across HCM, Payroll, Time and Absence, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, and Performance.
At Pet Supermarket, I built and launched EIB loads for batch data changes, developed business processes, and provided user support and training. I’m Workday Pro certified in Security and HCM Core.
