What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote job where I can be part of a team commited with excellence. I want to bring in my expertise and creativity and nurture from my colleagues to further develop my skills and abilities to grow into the best version of myself.

I’ve spent most of my career working inside growing, imperfect operations.

I usually join when day-to-day execution depends on memory, spreadsheets don’t match reality, and processes break as soon as someone is absent.

I work hands-on: tracking cash and costs, organizing data, defining routines, and setting up simple systems so operations can actually run. Sometimes that’s accounting and bookkeeping, sometimes reporting, sometimes just putting order where there wasn’t any.

I’ve done this as an employee, operator, consultant and founder — often working solo, with limited tools and real constraints. I’m comfortable owning operations end-to-end and making sure things get done, not just planned.
