I’m looking for a role in Trust & Safety or content moderation where I can enforce policies with high accuracy, collaborate with international teams, keep up with updates, and improve quality through KPI-driven performance and clear escalation paths.

I’m a Content Moderator with experience in Trust & Safety and Microsoft project operations. I review and moderate user-generated content in line with platform policies, maintaining high accuracy and consistency in KPI-driven environments. I adapt quickly to frequent policy updates and follow escalation procedures.

Before that, I executed structured workflows with strict accuracy requirements in remote, international teams while working on Microsoft project operations (Majorel). Earlier, I delivered high-level customer service in international settings, improving revenue through upselling and product knowledge.
