At Cuida Bem LTDA, I work across backend, frontend, mobile apps, and cloud infrastructure for a real-time elderly-care monitoring platform. I integrate monitoring smartwatches, payment gateways, and telephony carriers, and built a WhatsApp-connected CRM with automated bot replies.
I also developed a WhatsApp customer-support AI pipeline where code orchestrates the conversation queue and the LLM generates responses, reducing token usage. My approach combines deterministic code and AI to automate development and operations tasks while keeping costs low.
At Gruppe Tecnologia, I built and maintained a customs and warehouse management system used across five bonded-warehouse branches, handling more than 10,000 cargo operations per day. I delivered its first REST API integration with the Brazilian Federal Revenue’s CCT Recintos platform, which became a reference for third-party integrations.
Earlier, at Doctor Health, I built a clinic platform for scheduling, electronic health records, and finance, including TUSS/TISS billing and TASY integrations that replaced manual entry with automated billing. I’ve also delivered event accreditation and B2B sales automation systems, and bring experience in end-to-end delivery, R&D, and working in English with international teams.
