What I'm looking for

I'm open to remote work where I can own end-to-end delivery of critical web platforms, APIs, microservices, performance improvements, legacy modernization, and applied Generative AI solutions.

At Grupo Assessor, I lead end-to-end delivery for a platform used by more than 45 municipalities, from requirements and data modeling to architecture, deployment, and production support.

I build services with PHP, Laravel, Lumen, Node.js, Python/FastAPI, Go, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL. My Redis caching work reduced database load by about 40% and API response times by up to 50%, while CI/CD reduced deployment time from 40 to 8 minutes.

I also designed an AI assistant for the IEGM workflow using RAG, hybrid search, embeddings, pgvector, S3, and OpenRouter. Previously at Clinicarx, I improved healthcare reporting reliability from roughly 30% failures to 0% and helped support 3x request-volume growth.
